Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for various marketing activities to support the advertising and sale of our homes

• Creating Marketing Collateral: You will be responsible for designing and creating posters, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials to support the advertising and sale of our luxury homes
• Social Media Management: You will coordinate, write, and post engaging content on various social media platforms to promote the Everton Homes brand. This includes creating and scheduling social media posts, responding to comments, and analyzing the effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Newsletter Creation: You will be in charge of creating the company newsletters, which will involve curating relevant content, writing engaging articles, and designing visually appealing layouts
• Strong writing skills and an eye for design are essential for this task.
• Website Management: You will oversee the updates and maintenance of the company website
• This includes managing the content, ensuring it is up to date, optimizing SEO, and collaborating with the web development team as needed
• CRM Management and Mail Campaigns: You will be responsible for organizing, updating, and managing the CRM database of prospective buyers

Additionally, you will create mail campaigns to reach out to potential buyers and track the results to optimize future marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing programs and sales CRM programs
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), experience with social media aggregation tools
• Equivalent work experience will also be considered

Everton Homes, a luxury homebuilder on the Eastside, is seeking a motivated individual to join our marketing department as a Marketing Manager.

 In this role, you will be responsible for various marketing activities to support the advertising and sale of our homes.

• Social Media Management: You will coordinate, write, and post engaging content on various social media platforms to promote the Everton Homes brand. This includes creating and scheduling social media posts, responding to comments, and analyzing the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Qualifications 

• Prior experience in the home building, architecture, or construction industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Experience with email marketing programs and sales CRM programs 
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), experience with social media aggregation tools
•  A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. 
• Required Experience in Marketing: 5 years

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
