Everton Homes is luxury home builder based in Bellevue. Our new construction home sites are located in Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. 

Successful candidates will perform a variety of tasks necessary to complete the construction of a new single-family home.

 Candidate must possess own reliable transportation. This position requires handyman type skills. Candidates should have knowledge in different areas of home construction.

 Essential Duties Include: 

• Assist the superintendent in the preparation and completion of various tasks throughout the construction
•  Utilizing knowledge and skills to operate basic hand and power tools
• Detailing a home at the end of a construction cycle
• Maintains site cleanliness
• Stacking and/or loading delivered materials 

Special Skills: Drywall Repairs, Painting, Carpentry, Heavy Lifting

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 

Work Location: In person
